The order process

When you submit your quote, you will receive all the information you need to get your project running quickly and easily.

You'll receive the artwork and audio/video specifications, artwork templates to download and you'll be issued with a unique username and password to log in to your account and upload your completed graphics.

Payment options

Payment is required in advance of your run commencing. Payment may be made by Secure credit/debit card payment online, by cheque or via direct bank transfer. If you do require credit facilities please contact us so we can advise if we are able to extend this option to you and for us to obtain the details we need to set up your credit account.

Lead times

Lead times are between 7 - 10 days of receipt and approval of all materials required for the run. We also offer a 72hr express service at certain times, please ask if your job is urgent.

Delivery

When your discs are ready they will be dispatched and tracked via courier which is free of charge to all customers.
